Having high expectations of all students I teach and ensuring lessons are scaffolded and differentiated so that all students can access topics I teach. I like to inspire students with the lessons I teach by making relevant connections to the modern world. I place a strong focus on building pupils’ vocabulary so that they are able to communicate effectively and become more sophisticated in the way that they articulate themselves.
