Work with students of all ages (children through adult), as well as communicate consistently with parents and students about current and future needs in regards to time, equipment, and ability.
Analyze skills of beginner skaters to clearly explain correct and incorrect techniques.
Adjust coaching techniques to highlight strengths and areas of challenge for each individual athlete, as well as use language that matches the comprehension level of each of my students.
