Hey! I'm Colt. I have been a martial arts practictioner and teacher for 27 years now! Wow, That just made me feel old even typing that..
I am offering training for any martial artist who is looking to stop plateauing & make real tangible progession.
This would be conditioning & training which would include meal plans and mindset preperation.
I am a former fitness instructor and gym manager as well as a martial arts teacher so my approach to any student is to treat you like a high performing Athlete.
I am a 2nd Dan in TKD/HKD with multiple 1st place Kata, Sparring and Board Breaking Tournament Champion. My life was basically Cobra Kai in the 90s.
We offer a SOCP style combatives self defense for beginers and up. This training is for anyone already in martial arts ready to take things to the next level.
The training will include a full assessment. Strength and Agility training, explosive dymanic movement PT, Power striking, Lifting, Thenx bodyweight training, HIIT, Combo Reps, Sparring etc.
