My teaching methodology is based on a focus of conscious and subconscious conditioning and training. A person must be trained to respond quickly and effectively to his situation with a balance of technique and force. I have taken many years of training and designed a program to make the this method work for everyone.
I'm afraid the method which is going to be used for the learners is not really a piece of cake. But i can warranty that, as a result, everybody will be rewarded by experience and better knowledge about it.

I am a 2nd year Bsc. Management Science student at UCL and have been practising Taekwondo for last 3 years. I have received a blue belt from All India Karate Federation (AIKF) and has been selected in state team for 3 consecutive years. I can provide 2 hr. private home lessons for kids below 13 years every weekend.
I have different methods for different ages. However all my classes/tuition incorporate team work, self defense, confidence building, fitness, focus, co ordination, balance, discipline, respect and memory. All classes have a grading system in place. Allowing everyone to grow, achieve and obtain a black belt should they wish to do so.
I prefer to teach people in smaller or one on one environments, as not everyone is comfortable starting their martial art or fitness journey in a class. While I would recommend a gym or class for furthering your Muay Thai abilities, a basic understanding of the art can allow you to get in shape in a fun, dynamic way, build confidence and a foundation of self defense.
