About Geri
I gained my degree in the USA, where I taught for 7 years until I returned to the UK. My main experience is in the primary sector, although I do have some experience with SEN and secondary. I have a passion for teaching and I enjoy helping others to excel in their learning journey. I do have an up-to-date enhanced DBS.

I truly believe education has lost its way, and the needed basics are being skipped over. My lessons will focus on maths, reading, spelling, writing and learning how to balance your own household budget. However, if you wish to focus on one subject, this can be arranged. Teaching will be done through a variety of games, challenges, and role play. All lessons will be differentiated to suit each student. Lesson length will vary from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Alongside my teaching experience, I have also done a few years of one to one tutoring.
