About Archana
I am a Special Educator who is trained with special methods to teach children who have Learning Disabilities like Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and also Mental Retardation. Since in a normal classroom with 40 students, it is impossible for the teacher to look after each and every child on a regular basis, the children who are not able to keep the pace lag behind and are tagged as weak students. It is the duty of the Special Educator to understand the underlying cause with the help of the special team to devise an Individual Educational Plan for the child and adopt the necessary strategies to enable the child to attain his full potential.
