Highschool math and science student. Highly compentent in math: standard curriculum through Agebra 2 trig as well as general statstics and introductory number theory. I was a volunteer tutor for National juniors honors society for pre algebra, algebra, and geometry.

I prefer to introduce students to concepts through self exploration before learning the standard approach. For example, proving the Pythagorean theorem through similar triangles before learning that a^2 + b^2 = c^2. Hence, I reinforce true understanding rather than remote memorization.
