About Joel
I grew up in Brighton and taught here for 3 years before living and teaching in Perth, Western Australia for 17 years. Whilst there I won a national teaching award for unsung hero of the year and my class in 2016 was one of the top 10% in the state.

I’ve been a teacher for 26 years, 17 of those in Australia. Since returning to the UK I’ve helped various revision companies, tutored and taught A level Geography at a local college. I’m not working currently so am available at flexible times. I am passionate about Geography and have travelled to all 7 continents and like to use visual PowerPoint and my experiences to help students enjoy the subject and work on essay writing skills too.
