About April
My name is April Nelson, and i am a year 9 student currently studying in highschool. I am completing work at a year 10 level in both mathematics and English and am looking to both extend my expertise in these subjects as well as help other students. As a student myself, i know that specific concepts can be difficult to grasp, however i believe they can be mastered when the correct approach is taken. I am more than willing to do whatever is in my power to help those in need academically.

As a student, i am aware that everyone’s learning style varies and i will take this into account when tutoring different individuals. Lessons will focus on assisting and offering guidance in the student’s weakest areas through examples, demonstrations and set work that will be checked to ensure a solid understanding of different concepts.
