My teaching method is very much based on the learners needs. I prefer to foster active learning, supporting students in developing their own study techniques and knowledge. I do this through positive and constructive feedback, setting achievable goals and sharing outcomes and criteria clearly with learners.
I have a HNC Early Education and Childcare, MA in European Civilisations and a PGDE In Religious, Moral and Philosophical Studies (Secondary). I have worked across the Education Sector as a Secondary Teacher, Child Development Officer and most recently a FE/HE Lecturer in Childhood Studies.
