My teaching method is based around each individual tutee. There cannot be a one-size-fits-all. The lessons would be tailored for the child. Determining the level that the child is already at, and then working forwards from there is the technique that I prefer to use, and making some of the activities fun and engaging is something that I have found to be very beneficial to the quality of the lesson, and to the engagement levels of the child.
I am a graduate having studied Journalism at the best school in the country, and achieved a 2:1 in my degree overall. I have achieved high grades in all my essays, and been frequently praised for writing style. I have a deep knowledge of the Harvard referencing system. During sixth form, I was part of an English tutoring scheme, and therefore, have experience tutoring dyslexic children.
