About Chris
Shifu Chris Friedman has been doing the martial arts for four decades. Having earned several black belts, and teaching certificates in various styles. He lived and trained in China for thirteen years, studying Bagua Zhang, Zhong Guo Shuai Jiao, and Shaolin Kung Fu. He is teaching with a friendly and approachable style that is suitable for both young and older students alike.

Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu will improve all areas of physical fitness, help improved concentration, inner relaxation, confidence, and the ability to defend oneself if needed. All while learning interesting and unique methods of training the body and mind. Shifu Chris Friedman helps to modify the lesson accordingly to fit each student induvial needs.
