I have a professional training program geared towards enabling new students to maximise there potential within the shortest time possible, by means of reaction training drills, traditional forms and 2 man sets. In fact 10 lessons is all you need to understand and perform our basic self defence movements.
My lessons are composed of 15/20 minutes of athletic training and 40/45 minutes of practice. During the practice part I always alternate conditioning, fighting under stress, breath, speed and power. If suggest to the beginners to start with this sport because they have the possibility to assimilate fast the techniques.
My approach to teaching self defence is quite simple; everything on my syllabus has been pressure tested, and can be learned in less than fifteen minutes or it doesn't get taught. Everything should be simple to learn, and then we drill until it becomes second nature.
My training methodology? Stay safe, learn basic techniques, practice and listen to your body. I do teach techniques based on karate, boxing, and thai boxing styles. As there are many aspects to martial art training, it will go down to learn how to control your own body and mind.
