About Samuel
Hi, I'm Sam, a organisational psychologist by trade who has spent the last decade + studying and practicing psychology. I work with the UK's largest financial services organisation to help their people work more cohesively together by improving the culture. I work with CEOs and CHROs to help them understand their culture and their employees behavioural tendencies and identify leavers that can be used to adjust these to further support the organisations strategy. Using this experience, as well as my role as a hiring manager at Deloitte, I have a deep understanding of what companies and universities look for in their people, which I will use to help you land your dream position!
