About Berta
Agricultural Scientist and current doctoral student with studies in biology, chemistry, physiology and public health. Holding a Food Allergy and Intolerance Training Certificate. Currently performing research in biochemistry and nutrition. I am working on a cook-and healthy living book as well. I have also gone down the path that is so hard to find. I personally had to transform my life after I have been struggling with several chronic illnesses for years - the only solution was a complete lifestyle change
