About Tayeba
As a professional teacher I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic and excited about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences. My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to teaching, to allow for inclusive learning within my classroom domains. I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my students backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students.

I am currently studying my PhD in Education. I am a qualified teacher with QTS with experience ranging from primary to secondary, including 11+ exam tutoring and GCSE revision. I have taught full time for 3 years after qualifying, however I am now teaching part time to fit work around my PhD study.
I am a highly motivated, imaginative and innovative individual who has the academic and social attributes to help a child to prosper. I have great communication skills, which is important as you need to be able to listen and converse with individuals. In addition to this, I am very approachable which helps me to cement the professional relationship I have with children. Education is vital for every child as the children of today are our future leaders of society, so we need to ensure they receive the best quality of education which will help them to prosper. Children need to be able to learn from a variety of sources and in differing ways, and I feel that I can work with the curriculum to provide any information in a format that includes opportunities for visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning.
