My teaching method is that either a student comes to me with the areas in where they are struggling, and i address these issues by making sure these topics are covered and the student has a full understanding of the topics. Additionally, if the student just needs tuition in general i base the lessons on the topics that are in their specification to cover all the knowledge they need for the exam.

Everyone has a particular teaching style. For me it is very important to understand the student’s goals (e.g. solve certain type of problems, understand a concept, improve marks, pass an exam, develop your general mathematical thinking, etc). Once we have our goals clear we can agree on a working plan, as short or long as it should be considering the time and expectations that you have.

I am a student myself and I understand what students face and how they like to learn the concepts which might seem difficult at first. I like to develop my teaching plans on the basis of practical exposure the child must have had and relating them to the content in the books. It's most important to retain what you learn.
I believe in teaching that fans the flames of self discovery.
