About Kavya
With 14 years of experience in teaching piano, I am passionate about helping students discover the joy of music. I teach piano to students from school to college levels, guiding them from the basics to more advanced techniques. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping numerous students build their skills and confidence, and many have gone on to pursue music professionally. My goal is to inspire each student to reach their full potential while fostering a love for learning and music. I believe in the power of education to transform lives and am committed to making each lesson both enjoyable and impactful.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player, I offer a personalised approach to help you reach your goals, from mastering basic techniques to performing more complex pieces. Positivity is key in my lessons. I create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to take risks, make mistakes, and grow as musicians. I focus on building students' confidence and love for music, fostering a sense of accomplishment with every lesson. Diplomacy is at the heart of how I communicate with students. I listen to their needs, provide constructive feedback, and work together to solve challenges. I hold my students accountable for their practice and progress, helping them stay focused and motivated. In addition to piano, I also teach relevant subjects such as music theory, keyboard skills, and different music genres. With a balance of fun and discipline, I ensure each student’s musical journey is both enjoyable and effective.
