About Larissa
I've been working with Pilates since 2015. I am a physiotherapist, graduated from the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro. My concern is to teach Pilates principles in a clear way, so that I can perform the exercises at home with precision and efficiency. The Pilates Mat or Pilates solo is a basic modality of the Pilates Method, which uses the resistance of the body itself in exercises to strengthen, in addition to allowing the gain of flexibility and stretching with a huge variety of exercises.

My classes can be individual or group. I understand that each individual is unique, and we must respect our limitations, but always challenge our capabilities. My classes are dynamic, whenever possible. I take every Pilates principle very seriously in the preparation of classes, and I always try to pass this on to each student.
