My teaching style is influenced by my experience of body-mind practices, psychology and somatic movement. I adopt unique approaches suitable for each individual client, their body, their wants and needs. I consider the whole person, not just the physical body when dealing with clients and my approach is therefore beneficial for a wide range of issues.
