My goal is to coach students through their exams. I try to extract the knowledge the student may or may not know they have to increase confidence and fill in any gaps that are present.
Each session we will focus on a specific topic, starting with the least confident. I will guide a discussion about what they already know and then explain anything they are unsure. I will use a set of increasingly difficult questions (practical and interesting where possible) to ensure understanding and then try some relevant past exam questions to boost that vital exam confidence.

Details
Free introduction session used to learn the student's expectations. It's useful to find out how they feel about the subject why they might be struggling and pin pointing any particular areas it would be best to focus on. We can use this to develop a tutoring plan and ensure the tutoring sessions are as effective as possible.
