About Ellis
I am a recent Politics and Philosophy BA Graduate from Cardiff University. At A-level I studied: English Literature/Language, History, Psychology and Biology at Thomas Telford sixth form. I have been tutoring informally for the past 12 months and want to help students who need extra support to meet target grades for university, or those who need to achieve GCSE grades to get onto their desired A level courses.

My teaching methodology is very much based around writing support, help with structuring essays, and also understanding difficult material. I believe in being time efficient so making every hour count as opposed to studying long hours for the sake of it. I will first ask the student what they feel are their strengths and weaknesses and go from there, usually fun quizzes and short answer questions to see where base knowledge is at and build from that point.
