About Elizabeth
I have been a pole dancer for almost five years and I pole to an advanced level. I am a qualified pole dance instructor and have had experience teaching pole dance since the start of 2019. I also have experience with pole performance including creating and performing my own choreography.

Pole dance is for absolutely everyone! A lot of people believe that you have to have strength or a background in dance or sport in order to start pole dance but that is not the case. Strength is something that is developed along your pole dance journey. I realise that trying pole for the first time can be daunting so my approach is all about showing what you are capable of achieving with a little bit of hard work.
My own teaching style is centred around building strength, fluidity, and, most importantly, CONFIDENCE! Everyone develops at their own pace so there is no rush to tick boxes - it's all about being the best you can be.
