About Isabella
I’m 18 years old and a recent high school graduate who is now a part-time student at Tunxis Community College. I do not judge students for their struggles we will continue to work on what you need growth on until you succeed. Since I am 18 I also can connect with students on an emotional level. I also have tutoring experience as I applied for a PLE (personalized learning experience) opportunity my senior year of high school. This opportunity shows what it’s like to be a teacher and what it’s like to help around the classroom. I worked with 10th grade students in an accelerated world history course. History is another subject I can help with as that is my second-best subject.

I am a tutor with a lot of patience and empathy for students. I understand the lack of motivation to get through assignment’s and complete them. It’s hard when you struggle. I often refer to Noredink and Khan Academy to help teach students a lot of things when it comes to English mainly grammar and spelling. I also have charts I make that can help students get familiarized with spelling and grammatical concepts. I can also look at student’s work and give feedback to help them improve along with talking them through every step of the way to ensure they have the best essay or research paper possible. Will tutor students 13 and up
