Could you be a bit more specific. Do you have to come up with some recipes or do you have to do some research on what nutrients good food has?

A good way to approach this would be to keep a food diary of what you have had to eat, over a day or so. Then check your fat, calorie and nutritional intake and compare this back to your Recommended Daily Allowance.

Then you could work out how eating differently (more healthy food, possibly) and see what effect that would have against your Recommended Daily Allowance.
