There are two missing numbers and therefore 3 steps of addition that we have to take to get from 11 to 35. The difference between 35 and 11 is 24 so if we divide 24 by 3 we get 8, this is our common difference of the sequence.

adding 8 to 27 gets us to 35 so we know for sure that the common difference between each term is 8

then if we add 8 to 19 we get 27 which is the second missing number

IT depends on the number of numbers youre asking for in between. Is each dash a number? 11, 15, 19, 23, 27, 31, 35. 5 numbers in b/w 4 apart 11, 17, 23, 29, 35. 3 numbers in b/w 6 apart 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, 35. 7 numbers in b/w 3 apart 11, 23, 35 12 numbers in b/w 12 apart

If it's 2 numbers and 8 numbers apart the answer is: 11, 19, 27, 35

Thanks for your comment! You’re absolutely right — the answer can vary depending on how many missing numbers the question implies. In this example, we’re looking for just one number to keep the sequence increasing evenly, but your explanation nicely shows how the pattern changes if more gaps are added.
