I am a Tai Chi athlete, I can definitely teach you Tai Chi, it is easier than Yoga so join with my practices. Tai Chi is good for your health, both mental and physical.
Methodology
My teaching method is truly affordable. I will give you many simple moves that I learned and invented in my practicing and training process. After class, you will definitely have good strength, both mental and physical, and you can protect yourself if you practice every day. And, if we have a chance, we will demonstrate our Tai Chi moves to everybody and we can earn more money from this
Experience
I have been a taekwondo coach in Huynh Lam martial art company, I have practiced and trained Tai Chi for 2 years before I became a Taekwondo coach. I also have a Literature Education certificate and I can actually teach to a group.
