About Noelle
I am a piano tutor with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education, specialising in piano. Over the past 9 years, I have taught students of all ages, from school-aged beginners to adult learners. My approach combines solid academic training with practical experience across genres like jazz, pop, and classical. I focus on building strong fundamentals while encouraging creativity and personal expression. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s pace, goals, and musical interests. I emphasise reading music, developing technique, and understanding musical structure, alongside improvisation and style exploration. I enjoy helping students gain confidence in performance, whether in exams, recitals, or casual playing. Seeing my students achieve their goals and discover a love for music is incredibly rewarding. I balance discipline with enjoyment, ensuring that learning piano is both productive and fun. My mission is to guide each student towards fluency, musicality, and a lifelong passion for piano. Together, we work step by step, transforming dedication into skill and creativity.

My teaching approach focuses on building musical fluency step by step. I guide students to read music confidently and play expressively from the very first lessons. We work on understanding musical structure through rhythm drills, finger exercises, and song interpretation. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s pace and individual goals. I emphasise developing both technical skills and emotional expression, so music feels alive when played. Students learn how to approach challenging pieces thoughtfully and break them down into manageable sections. I support young talents and ambitious performers, helping them refine their skills and reach their full potential. I provide strategies for mastering technique while encouraging creativity and musical curiosity. Lessons combine practice, theory, and performance, giving students a well-rounded understanding of the piano. By fostering discipline and passion, I ensure students not only improve quickly but also enjoy the journey of learning. My goal is for every student to play confidently, fluently, and with their own musical voice.
