About Adeel
I am an amateur boxer who has competed in multiple bouts and represented both region and university. Have had over 8 years experience boxing and have recently started MMA too. Have led many classes and personal training before to help out which have all received positive feedback.

I have competed in several bouts and can share my experience and strategies to put you ahead of your competitors.
