About Franco
I have been working in the field of architecture for around 15 years. As a Chartered RIBA Architect, I am employed by a leading multinational construction company in the UK, ranked among the top 5 RIBA practices. I offer lessons to support students in their architectural education or career. My goal is to help students gain confidence in their tasks by providing knowledge, guidance, and support. I am friendly and patient, ensuring that students feel they have made progress by the end of each lesson, which concludes with clear objectives. I also offer a free 20-minute session to help you decide if you’d like to work with me. Lessons are customised to meet individual student needs. Here are some topics I can cover: - General Design and Concept Tutoring: Review your design work and portfolio, provide ideas, strategies, and feedback to develop your narrative and project (similar to your university design tutor). - Construction Detailing and Technology Review: Offer guidance on the construction/technology detailing aspects of your design project or technology module. - Revit and Autocad Tutorials: Help sharpen your skills in Revit or CAD, or teach these from scratch at a beginner level. - CV, Personal Statement, and Portfolio Review: Review your job or university application package to help you secure a job or university placement. I can also assist with mock interviews and interview techniques.
