My name is Ivan.
Im 29 and I am from Croatia but living in Ireland.
Im working in restaurant bussines since 2009.
Ive been trough all aspects of hospitality.
Restaurants, Bars, coffe and longue bars, night clubs and pubs.
Fish filleting, wine decanting, cocktails
I will go with you trough everything from first 7 seconds of greeting a guest till saying goodbye and picking up checkbook with big fat tip in it!
