Hi, I am Muhammad Abdullah Shahryar. I decided to share my expertise in fitness after my own weight loss journey where i went from 150 kg to 85 kg now. My story is one of perseverance, passion, and the unshakable belief in the potential for change within every individual. When I embarked on my journey to become a bodybuilding and martial arts coach, I was carrying the weight of my own struggles with obesity. This personal struggle provided me with a unique perspective, as I understood firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that can accompany significant weight issues.

As I began my coaching career, I brought this empathy and understanding into every training session. I knew that weight loss and body transformation were not just physical endeavors but also a mental and emotional battle. My experience enabled me to connect with my clients on a deeper level, providing them with the support and guidance they needed to overcome their own obstacles. In the realm of bodybuilding, I applied my knowledge to help clients sculpt their bodies, focusing on muscle gain, strength development, and achieving the best version of themselves.
