About Lauren
I'm a college student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville studying Technical Writing and Communication Arts. I've tutored Algebra in the past and have a passion for tutoring students who are eager to learn more about math, English, and writing.

My teaching methods vary depending on the student I'm working with! I was homeschooled all my life before college and both of my parents were teachers. I grew up in the back of a classroom while my mom taught a variety of classes, anywhere from General Science and Chemistry to Algebra and ACT prep! Because I've had so much time in a classroom both as a student, observer, and tutor, I'm able to easily adapt to each student's individual needs.

Details
If you'd like me to travel to your house, I charge $15 an hour. However, if you're able to meet virtually, I charge $12. Please let me know if you need to cancel your appointment as soon as you can, however, there is no charge for cancelation and I will refund you if you've prepaid!
