About Lucia
Learning should be enjoyable and it is a good time to build a relationship of trust and professionalism with the student. I would like to know what the student's goal is? To simply be proficient, to teach others, to become a writer or because they are not confident and need the encouragement. My goal is to help the student reach their goal; in such a manner they can look back on an enjoyable experience.

Establish the level the student needs to be proficient.
Cover basics, a verb, noun, adjective. Demonstrate how to build a sentence. Introduce five new words each lesson, demonstrate how to use them and write short compositions.
Reading is a critical part of learning the language, reading aloud. The eyes see the brain retains and the correct phonetic expression is heard. All the senses are engaged, so this is the best way to learn and retain what you have learned. The subject would be dependent on the age and interests of the student. The objective is to have them look forward to the next lesson.
