About Chris
I have been teaching singing for over 12 years, and my approach is centered on creating a supportive and inspiring environment where students can discover and nurture their unique voice. I believe that everyone has the potential to become a great singer, and I work with students to build their technical skills while encouraging creative expression. I focus on teaching vocal techniques that ensure vocal health and longevity, including breath support, pitch accuracy, and proper vocal placement. I tailor each lesson to the individual needs of my students, whether they are looking to improve their range, master specific techniques, or develop their performance skills. I also emphasize the importance of ear training and musical theory, which help students become more proficient in reading and interpreting music. My lessons cover a wide range of musical genres, from pop to classical, jazz to musical theater, ensuring that students are exposed to diverse styles and vocal techniques. Whether a student is a beginner or an advanced singer, my goal is to help them feel confident in their abilities and foster a lifelong passion for singing.

I have been teaching voice for over 12 years, and throughout my career, I have worked with students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced vocalists. I approach teaching with the belief that every student has a unique voice that deserves to be nurtured and developed. My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs, goals, and musical interests. For beginners, I focus on developing solid vocal techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, and proper vocal warm-ups.
As students advance, I introduce more complex vocal techniques like resonance, vocal agility, and dynamic control to help them become more expressive singers. I also work on helping students build confidence and performance skills, providing a safe and supportive space where they can explore and improve without fear of judgment. I encourage students to experiment with different musical styles, from classical to contemporary genres, to find the style that best suits their voice and personality. My ultimate goal is to help students discover their voice and achieve their musical aspirations, whether that’s performing on stage, recording music, or simply singing for fun.
