About Samaira
With over 7 years of experience teaching programming fundamentals, I specialize in making coding simple and approachable for all learners. I mainly teach Python and Java, focusing on concepts like loops, arrays, and object-oriented programming. My lessons are structured and practical, with plenty of coding demonstrations. Students also work through problem-solving tasks and mini-projects. Debugging is a key part of my sessions, as it trains learners to think logically. I use past paper practice to help exam students gain confidence. Many of my students improve quickly because I tailor lessons to their pace. My teaching approach blends theory with practice in every lesson. I explain key programming concepts clearly, then immediately follow with hands-on coding. Students learn about variables, loops, or functions by applying them in real examples. This balance makes concepts stick while also keeping lessons engaging. Debugging is naturally part of the practice, so learners see how theory applies to fixing errors. For exam learners, I use theory-based past paper questions alongside coding tasks. For project learners, I ensure theoretical knowledge supports their practical development. Each session moves smoothly between explanation and application. I encourage learners to reflect on how theory explains their practice. This approach builds a deeper understanding that lasts beyond exams or single projects.
