Cancellations should be made no later than the night before the scheduled session. If multiple hours have been paid for in advance, cancellations will not deduct from your balance.

HOWEVER, if a cancellation is not made in advance, there will be no refund for lost hours (unless, of course, there are extenuating circumstances).
