About Aishath
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Management at the University of Canterbury. Before moving to New Zealand, I graduated from Monash University (Malaysia) with a Master of International Business (mixed-method coursework and research), which has given me insight into different aspects of the business world, such as working with people from different cultures, ways to communicate and coordinate better, and the significance of varying business strategies in different circumstances. I am passionate about research, and my strengths include qualitative research, academic English, business statistics, data analytics for business, international management, ethics and global corporate governance, international marketing, and economics. I am a recipient of the UC Doctoral Scholarship from the University of Canterbury and the Graduate Research Tuition Fee Waiver Scholarship by Monash University (Malaysia), among which I accepted the scholarship from the University of Canterbury. I have also peer-reviewed articles for A-grade journals.
