About Sha
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes from zero (initiation) or for beginners that want to continue advancing in the practice. I got certified as a Yoga teacher 2 years ago in Barcelona and I currently live in Tenerife. I would love to share with you the benefits of this wonderful physical, mental and spiritual discipline, so do not hesitate to contact me to meet each other :)
