I’m a Certified Reading and Writing Tutor Helping K–5 Students Build Lifelong Literacy Skills With over 20 years of experience as a certified educator and a specialist in dyslexia intervention, I bring a deep understanding of how children learn to read, write, and how to help them thrive. My teaching approach is rooted in science-based literacy instruction, designed to accelerate reading levels, strengthen writing skills, and build confidence. Every student begins with a pre-assessment so we can clearly see their current abilities and set meaningful goals together. Each lesson follows a proven structure based on the Gradual Release of Responsibility model—I do, we do, you do.
