I’m a passionate singing tutor with over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre Voice. I love delivering personalized lessons tailored to every student—whether you’re in school, college, or a professional adult learner. My teaching covers a wide range of styles, from classical and pop to movie soundtracks and folk songs. I focus on strengthening your ear training, harmony skills, and improvisation, while also deepening your understanding of music theory. Building vocal confidence is at the heart of my lessons. For Suzuki Students, I focus on nurturing a natural and joyful approach to singing. We start with gentle breathing exercises that build breath control and support, essential for long phrases and clear tone. Vocal health is key, so I teach simple warm-ups and safe singing habits to protect young voices. Pitch training uses fun apps that help develop ear accuracy and confidence, allowing students to connect emotionally with their songs. Performance skills are introduced gradually, encouraging expression and stage presence in a supportive way.
For Orchestra Members, the approach is more technical and precise. We work on advanced breathing techniques to manage phrasing and dynamic control during complex pieces. Vocal health lessons include strategies to maintain stamina for long rehearsals and performances. Pitch training uses sophisticated ear-training apps and vocal trackers to fine-tune intonation within ensemble settings. Emotional connection is deepened by exploring the story behind the music and the role of their voice within the group.
Both students benefit from tailored exercises that improve vocal technique and expressive skills. I use technology alongside traditional methods to track progress and keep lessons engaging. This balance helps each singer grow confidently, whether they’re starting out or performing on a big stage.
