About Janis
Dance has always been a part of my life. I’ve trained in all different styles, but jazz funk and heels are my strongest style. Dance has helped my mental health and confidence so much, it’s truly saved me time and time again. One of the compliments I get the most, is how much I’m in my body and I see how much it’s helped me not only advance in dance, but in all other areas of my life. I would love to help you find the same confidence and fluidity in your life and dance style!

My areas of dance I teach are Heels and Jazz Funk/Hip Hop choreography. We can meet online or in person, although in person will be better for a more in depth approach. I can make up a combo for you to work on, or if you have a piece you are working on we can use that to explore and deepen your artistry. We can also just explore movement through freestyle and music of your choice. I would love to help you achieve your dance goals through whichever avenue you choose!
