Hello! I am a dedicated mathematics student with an offer to study at the University of Oxford. I achieved an A* in A-level Maths in just one year during Year 12, demonstrating my strong understanding and commitment to the subject. I am enthusiastic about helping others excel in mathematics. I believe everyone can succeed in mathematics with the right guidance and support. Passionate and enthusiastic about the subject, I will deliver exam-driven lessons with a heavy focus on understanding and solving lots of problems. I am an outgoing 18 year old student with an offer to study Maths at the University of Oxford (with an A* A level Maths achieved in year 12 and predicted A*A*A*) eager to help students improve their confidence, mathematical ability and ultimately to succeed in their exams. For Maths, I believe the most important thing is to prioritise understanding over memorisation and to practise your problem solving ability by tackling as many exam questions as possible. I like to teach through problems so that the student is involved and remains active as opposed to a lecture style to ensure you get the most out of our time. A typical lesson will last 1 hour, although adjustments can be made to better fit the student if necessary.
