About Emi
You can feel confident choosing me as your dance tutor because I bring both experience and professionalism to every lesson. As a competition dancer since age 7, a Dance Captain, and a tutor since sophomore year, I’ve worked with dancers at many levels, always adapting my teaching to what works best for each student. My approach is hands-on, I believe in showing rather than just telling. By demonstrating moves step by step, I make learning clear, engaging, and easier to follow. This way, students don’t just hear corrections; they see exactly how to improve. Combined with my leadership as Dance Captain and years of competitive training, I create lessons that are supportive, effective, and confidence-building.

I’ve been a competition dancer since the age of 7 and started teaching dance my sophomore year of high school. With years of both performance and teaching experience, I know how to break down skills in a way that makes learning fun, clear, and effective. My lessons are personalized to each student’s needs—whether you want to sharpen technique, prepare for competitions, or just build confidence on the dance floor.
