With an interest in art therapy, creative writing, art and design, cooking, English and Spanish. I am very familiar with the syllabus for all courses mentioned, understand children development and will provide all course materials required.
I have worked in both primary and secondary schools as Teaching Assistant and also as a Cover Supervisor. In these roles I have helped the children with a variety of subjects and not only Art and Design.

Did preparation and assisted in an art lesson on South American Art on 21.06.16 to be part of a longer project over the weeks, sourcing the materials for this for Key stage 2.
Supported the maths teacher Mr Bowman with the children with ADHD and Aspergers and helped them understand the working out of the sums and the process for proportion and also about ratio on 14.06.16:
Supported children with learning and behavioural difficulties on a school trip
Daily help with lesson preparation, logging of behaviours and also supporting behaviour management.
Gave intervention to a child with learning difficulties, advised them to source the information, record it and also encouraged them to place this into a poster about Wollaton Hall on 23.06.16
Prepared and taught a painting lesson on landscape, demonstrating to the Key Stage 2 children about the ways to apply the paint, about building up the tone of the colour for the background and also about using other materials within their landscapes on 07.06.16.
Was a Cover Art teacher for the afternoon for Key stage 3 on the 11.07.16, had lessons prepared in case needed to use these. The Lesson was on creating Day of the Dead masks for the Mexican festival, the children were shown what they needed to do and under the guidance of myself they then proceeded to then layer up the many sections for this.
