My approach is rooted in holistic healing—blending Yogasana, Pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mindful movement to promote both physical strength and mental peace. I specialize in yoga therapy for managing lifestyle-related conditions such as hypertension, hypotension, diabetes, cervical and lumbar spondylitis, constipation, anxiety, stress, and insomnia.
