About Daniel
Hi! My name is Daniel. I am a British currently living abroad in Japan. I am originally from England, where I started teaching students from all over the globe in 2020.
I have taught over 30 students of different levels over the past 4 years. With experience of more than 1500 classes given online, I have been preparing learners for IELTS and TOEFL as well as for standard conversational and literary English. My classes are suitable as for Beginners (A2) so for intermediate – advanced (B2-C1) students.
I prefer focusing on my students' goals, doing all it takes for us to achieve them. My approach is based on using practical methods, teaching new vocabulary and grammar through a combination of theory, exercises and tasks with associations, conversations and living-breathing examples. Rest assured, if you have enough motivation and desire to learn, we will surely reach your goals.

• The duration of a trial lesson is 25-30 minutes
• The duration of a regular lesson is 50-60 minutes
• If you want to have a longer lesson, discuss it with me and we will sort it out.
• Lessons will be held on ZOOM. The link will be sent to you privately. In case it does not work or either of us have connection issues, we will switch to another platform.
• Please join at least 5 minutes before the lesson to avoid spending time on checking the connection.

Details
𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦 - 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀
• The First lesson is FREE! It is important to understand if the student feels comfortable and interested during our classes, hence, rest assured, in the first 30-minute meeting we will discuss our goals and the roadmap we are willing to go with.
• You get what you pay for! Should you have any questions, ideas or concerns, feel free to send me a message, talk to me or ask any question outside our class hours (we will exchange the contact information) and I will respond as soon as I can. Please give me 5-6 hours to reply if it is night-time OR give me a CALL in case of emergency.
• If anything happened? If you want to cancel the class (that rule does not apply for the ‘Free lesson’), please notify me at least 12 HOURS before the time scheduled. Otherwise, the full payment would be charged respectively.
• What if it is an emergency? In case of EMERGENCY (as an addition to rule #2), please notify me about your absence and get in touch as soon as possible. I understand that there are situations when you HAVE to miss the class without 12 hours’ notice, so do not worry, the charges and further actions will be discussed together privately and decided soon after.
• Once in a thousand, I can have an emergency. Therefore, If I cannot attend the class for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered another day/time for your lesson.
• The price for a lesson is as stated in my profile! As well as the options of any discounts and possible promotions.
If you want to extend your lesson (to have it longer that 1 hour) the price should be discussed with me before or during the respective lesson.
• Finally, video call rules: CAMERA is not required* I would really appreciate if you could turn it on, to see your reactions and gestures during our classes, so please switch it on if you can. In the meantime, in case you feel uncomfortable – no worries, you do not have to. I will be the one with a camera and impressions.
