About Laia
I am an actress, I am studying theater at a professional school in Barcelona, I have also done different workshops and courses on different performing disciplines (puppets, acrobatics, dance ...). From him I have learned a lot about myself and about everything that belongs to this world, it is a space to help others and work with yourself. In addition, I am a monitor (not specifically of theater) and I have been in different jobs. With this I have acquired many resources to organize, explain and know how to deal with students. Also, it is a place where I have been able to apply many of the things I have learned in theater.

I will always adapt my methodology to the needs of the student. Anyway, I think you have to start small. It is to say that it would begin with the most basic thing: the knowledge of the body. Later it would be advanced from practical exercises with which interpretive resources are acquired. On the other hand, I also think that doing theater is not only that, but it is a way of finding yourself or improving your public performance, since it is closely related. That is why I always think that a methodological plan must be made based on the interests of the student.
