About Naya
With over 12 years of teaching experience and a Graduate Certificate in Spanish-English Interpretation, I specialize in Spanish for community advocacy. My lessons focus on the language of human rights, activism, and public health outreach. You’ll gain the vocabulary and skills to work effectively with Spanish-speaking communities. I use scenario-based learning to make lessons practical and memorable. We might simulate a community meeting, create a public awareness flyer, or practice interviews. I believe communication should be both impactful and culturally respectful. That’s why we also discuss social and cultural context alongside grammar.
