About Joanna
I’m an open-minded and curious person, always happy to explore new topics – from psychology and culture to travel, music, and personal growth. I love working with people from different backgrounds, and my students say they feel truly seen, supported, and safe to make mistakes in our sessions. I lived and worked in Manchester UK for 15 years, it is my second home and I love going back and spending time with my friends and visiting my favourite spots. Besides teaching, I’m learning Spanish and playing piano – so I know what it’s like to be on the learning journey myself!

Hi! I’m Asia – an experienced, empathetic and creative English teacher with a passion for helping others grow in confidence and communication. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I tailor every lesson to suit your learning style, pace, and personal goals.
My Teaching Style
Whether you're a beginner, brushing up your skills, or preparing for an exam, I make lessons engaging, focused and stress-free. I teach with a touch of humour and a lot of heart. If you've ever felt stuck, shy, or blocked when speaking English – you're not alone, and you're in the right place. We'll gently break through those barriers together. I work especially well with adults, neurodivergent learners (like ADHD), and those who’ve had negative experiences with traditional education. I believe learning should feel like a conversation, not a test.
